Fantastic and Enjoyable Experience
I would just like to reiterate our discussion yesterday on what a fantastic and enjoyable experience it was to have you and the team caterer for our event at the MTC. The menu was exceptional not only catered to our clients needs but was more than generous in the portions. As farmers and producers, themselves the comment over the table was about the freshness and flavors of the meal, it was prepared with attention to detail and as the evening ran its course the team was there to accommodate our needs. I would encourage anybody considering a party or an event in the future to call Genesis Catering they will not be disappointed with the value for money they represent.

Absolutely Delicious Food
We wanted to say thank you so very much for the absolutely delicious food provided for our lunch party, we have had so many comments saying how fantastic the food was, it could not be faulted, the canapes, main meal, deserts and cheese platter all presented beautifully.
From when we first contacted you until the day of our lunch you have been so helpful, enthusiastic and very easy to work with. The customed planned menu was done with great thought and we appreciated being able to have a tasting of the various meals for us to make the final selection from.
Please thank all of your hard working staff who ran the bar as well as food service, they did a great job.
We greatly appreciated you accommodating food allergies with such ease, one of our guests asked me to particularly thank you for preparing the same meal with ingredients that were suitable for her intolerances, so her plate was identical in appearance to everyone else, something she is not accustomed to.
Our thanks for a job so well done, we look forward to having another party just so you can cook us more beautiful food.
